Accommodation

To make your TEFL experience more enjoyable and hassle-free, our training center and accommodation are located under the same roof in a spacious and comfortable guest house, in a quiet, safe neighborhood in the heart of Rawaii.

Rawaii beach is only 100 meters away and Nai Harn, arguably the best beach on the island, is only a 5 minute ride away. You will be staying at The Rawaitan, a hidden gem in this picturesque seaside village.

The Rawaitan has three individual double bed rooms and five large suite style rooms each with two double size beds.

On your behalf, we have negotiated a shared accommodation package, two students to one room, but for a modest surcharge, you also have the possibility of having your own private room, subject to availability.

Rawaii is situated on the southern tip of Phuket. Rawaii is a relatively undiscovered place of beauty and laid-back local culture in Phuket. It's quiet, safe and the people here are very friendly. You can reach over a hundred shops, restaurants, bars and spas in less than 10 minutes on foot. If you prefer to travel on scooter or motorcycle, those can be rented cheaply. The main beach boulevard is less than a two minute walk away. Here you will find an abundance of traditional Thai boats and speedboats ready to take you on long or short tours of the neighboring islands. Snorkelling and fishing trips are also readily available.

The promenade between the beach and street, shaded by a canopy of trees, is dotted with festive tables where you can enjoy fresh, succulent, off-the-boat fish cooked in front of you in a variety of mouth watering Thai and western dishes. On the other side of the street are numerous shops, restaurants - international and Thai - a superb German bakery, several Thai massage and entertainment venues, a 7/11, and a popular general store with fresh local produce including mango and papaya fruit shakes that will have you coming back again and again. There is a regular shuttle bus service to Phuket City, which is only 15 minutes away and costs around 60 Thai Baht (less than $2).
