Ages: 16+

Key Duties:

• Work closely with our friendly chefs to prepare and serve meals
• Serve meals in the restaurant - some table service, some buffet style
• Set up, serve and close down buffet stations
• Be responsible for general tidiness and cleanliness of the restaurant
• Enjoy yourself!

Points to note:

You will report to the Catering Supervisor and assist in the production and service of three well-balanced and wholesome meals a day for between 100 and 200 guests and staff. You may take time off in your free hours and join the group on activities if you wish. There is scope for promotion and pay increase upon demonstrating relevant skills; various Catering Supervisor positions are available to suitable individuals.

Personal requirements / characteristics:

We require hardworking, reliable individuals who thrive in a team environment. You must have an interest in food and food service, good attention to detail, a very pleasant demeanour and a big smile. You must have restaurant / food service experience and a basic knowledge of food hygiene issues.
